The rules we follow
This policy follows the guidelines of the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali of 10 June 2021 and art. 122 of the Italian Codice Privacy. In practice that means:
- Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage is written before you make a choice.
- The first layer of the banner offers accept all and reject all with equal prominence — same size, same styling, same position.
- Continuing to scroll is not consent.
- Closing or ignoring the banner is not consent, so the banner has no dismiss control that could be mistaken for one.
- A recorded choice lasts six months at most, then we ask again.
- Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, on this page.
Strictly necessary — always on, no consent required
These are technical and cannot be switched off without breaking the site. They are stored in your browser only and are never read by anyone else.

Measurement — off until you accept
If you accept, we count page views in aggregate so we can see which styles and which specifications people actually read. That is what tells us which colours to keep cutting.
- Aggregated counts only — no profiling, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
- IP addresses are truncated before storage and are never used to identify you.
- Nothing is shared with advertising networks or data brokers.
- Retained for 14 months, then deleted.
- If you reject, none of it is written at all — not disabled, not written.
We run no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, no social network plugins and no third-party embeds that could set storage of their own.
