Fourteen days, no reason needed.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under arts. 52 and following of the Italian Codice del Consumo (d.lgs. 206/2005).

The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party you named other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order arrives in several parcels, it runs from the day the last item arrives.

If we had failed to inform you of this right, the period would extend to twelve months. We are informing you of it here, on the checkout page and in your order confirmation email.

Tell us before the 14 days are up, in any unambiguous statement. An email is enough — you do not have to use the form below, though you may.

Sending the message within the period is enough — it does not matter if it reaches us on the last day. We acknowledge every withdrawal in writing on the day we receive it.

Then return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of telling us. We will send the return address and, where a carrier collection is simpler, arrange it with you.

We refund every payment received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

• —The refund goes back to the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. It costs you nothing.
• —We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back, or until you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
• —If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we refund the standard cost, not the upgrade.
• —The direct cost of returning the goods is yours, unless the goods are faulty or not as described — in which case we cover it.

You are liable only for any reduction in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Trying a garment on is fine. Washing it, wearing it out of the house or removing the sewn-in label is not.

Garments worn against the skin, once opened and worn. Under art. 59(e) of the Codice del Consumo, sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene are excluded from withdrawal once unsealed. This applies to the tanks and camisoles of line C and to the sets that include them. Every affected product page carries this statement on the page itself, before you add the piece to the cart, and the checkout repeats it. Unopened and unworn pieces are returnable as normal, and the 2-year legal guarantee applies to them regardless.

Part of a multipack or a layer set. You may return part of a pack. Because the pack price is lower than the sum of its pieces, the refund is calculated on the pack price and the saving is recovered proportionally.

Using this form is optional. Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Withdrawal is a right to change your mind. It is not the remedy for something that arrived faulty or not as described — that is the legal guarantee of conformity, which lasts 2 years, costs you nothing to exercise, and applies to hygiene items as well.
